Hand Made

The mastery and craftsmanship of handmade glass is a signature of NUDE. NUDE prides itself in its artisanal approach to glassware, specialising in handmade, pure crystalline glass, be the pieces blown, pressed, or press-blown. With 350 Master blowers, NUDE continues to hand make much of the world’s most acclaimed glassware.

Crystalline

The key feature of lead-free crystal glass is that the minerals it contains strengthen the material, making it possible to produce highly durable but incredibly refined and gossamer-thin glassware. Crystalline glass captures the light, delivering sparkling clarity. It also adds resonance to the glass. This brings out the full colours and textures of the best wines, champagnes and liquors.

Glass Heritage

Established in 1935 by Ataturk, the father of Turkey, the Şişecam Group has become a world leader in glass manufacture and design. In 2014, Şişecam created its first contemporary design brand NUDE, dedicated to creating exceptional glassware for modern living. NUDE benefits from more than 85 years of tradition, wisdom and expertise. The result is reflected both in its glass products and its core value: Simple is Beautiful.

The Architecture of Space

Everything that exists was once only imagined. The objects we choose, the interior we design, the rooms we furnish, the way we eat and drink. Like a blank page waiting for the pen or a stage waiting for a performance, the way we choose to curate our personal world shapes our surroundings, and so shapes us. It reflects us and defines us.
