Delivery Information

Delivery charges

• Delivery to mainland UK addresses is charged at £7.95, with free delivery on orders of £100 or more.
• Charges for other destinations can be found in the table below.

Delivery times

• Orders to UK mainland addresses are normally delivered within 1–5 working days of receipt, subject to stock availability.
• During busy periods or for special-order items, delivery may take longer. We will always advise you of expected timescales.

Delivery method & proof of delivery

• All products are sent by courier.
• Proof of delivery is normally obtained by signature. Where this is not possible, couriers may provide photographic evidence of the parcel at the delivery address (often with the recipient present at the doorway). This will be treated as valid confirmation that the goods have been delivered.

Authorised delivery methods

• We do not authorise deliveries to be left unattended, with neighbours, or in “safe places.” Our policy requires delivery in person to someone present at the delivery address.
• If you instruct us or the courier to leave goods elsewhere — whether in writing, in person, via video doorbell/intercom, or by any other means — this is done entirely at your own risk. In such cases, the courier’s record of delivery (signature or photographic evidence) will be treated as proof of delivery, and responsibility for the goods passes to you at that point.
• Please note: if goods are left in accordance with such instructions, we cannot accept liability for any subsequent loss, theft, or damage.

Reporting shortages or damages

• Any shortages or damages must be reported to us within 10 days of delivery.

International deliveries

• Quoted delivery prices are based on average parcel sizes. In some cases, an additional supplement may apply; if so, we will always contact you for approval before applying any extra charge.
