Inspiration

Celebration, colour and freedom are the fundamental themes of the Baobab Collection winter collections, so they wanted to illustrate the festive spirit in a candle with the evocative name of Dancefloor. 

Drawing inspiration from the graphic work of contemporary artist Sarah Morris, who paints stylized cities as beams of light, they sought to stylize their vision of the nightclub and dance floors where neon lights collide like stalactites or futuristic swords.

The Dancefloor scented candle is covered with a silk-screened print in a mix of gold and primary colours. 

The very graphic design represents a stylized interpretation of nightclub light beams.
